Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases

By placing an order to ActiveBazar accepting these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

Ordering

By submitting an order via website, if it is accepted and confirm by ActiveBazar, Please note that products will not be sent until we have confirm order for cash on delivery or authorization from your payment. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email/sms to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered. This email/sms is not an order acceptance from us.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

§  We do not have the products in stock

§  Your payment is not authorized

§  There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products

§  You have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website is quoted in BDT, and payment can only be accepted in BDT, delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will notify as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

Where an offer mentions that an item reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.

All payment will paid by Cash on Delivery, Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, and others payment gateway on available basis.

Delivery information

Information about delivery and shipping charges, shown to the product page. After that delivery charge BDT 50/- under Dhaka city & BDT 75/- for Sub Area/Outside Dhaka and BDT 100/- for Others District of Bangladesh, Delivery charge may change for Rural Area/3^rd Party Courier company which is confirm by our side before confirm the order.

Cancelling an order before the product has been sent

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

Returning products after sending

Each product sold through ActiveBazar.Com and the ActiveBazar.Com give the 100% guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it (Change of mind is not applicable), contact us for return of the payment price, as indicated in the guarantee. For return customer will pay a product delivery charge.

 Warranties

ActiveBazar.Com give warranty/guarantee basis on the product brand warranty/guarantee; if available special warranty/guarantee from ActiveBazar it will give with product description.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online

Active Bazar reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on Active Bazar. If you do not wish to govern by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying products online found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
